The Sisters work in the overcrowded urban environment of Bacolod City and in the mountainous regions on Negros Island providing Livelihood and Educational projects, setting up a nutrition programme (lunch service), subsidising transport and farming ventures, and providing scholarships to send children to school.

A Kinder School for children of very poor families was established by the Sisters in 2004.

Recent years have seen the addition of a health clinic for parents and children.
