15 September 2011:

Queensland Governor, Ms Penelope Wensley AC received Foundation Business Manager Sarah Fraser O'Brien and Sr Pauline Coll at Government House.

19 August 2011:

The Foundation's Patron-In-Chief, Governor General Ms Quentin Bryce AC met with several Foundation staff and friends at a private breakfast in Brisbane.  Attendees included Sr Carmel Pattinson, Foundation Chair Pat Mullins, Foundation Manager Sarah Fraser O'Brien, Foundation volunteer and breakfast organiser Angela Faria, supporters Warwick Adeney and daughter Esther.  Plans are underway for a Foundation Event with the Governor General in 2012. 

August 2011 - The Good Samaritan Inn Annual Dinner Dance - 15 Year Anniversary:

Congratulations to the Good Samaritan Inn staff and volunteers for organising such a successful function. The 4th Annual dinner dance held at L'Unica reception centre was attended by a record 332 guests and raised over $10,000 for the Inn.
