It seems that even in the 21st century, perhaps even more so in this time, these are great needs in our society.

The Sisters of the Good Samaritan, with the help of their supporters, run vital community projects to help combat some of the social problems of our modern, changing world.

The Foundation funds projects in Australia and overseas - from malaria-prevention programs in East Timor to increasing the number of beds available for homeless women in Brisbane, and Melbourne.

The Foundation encourages the support of all people who appreciate our Good Samaritan tradition of compassionate service.  Our supporters share in our projects in a significant way, and assist through donations of money, skills and time.

While the Sisters' work deals with serious social issues our enthusiastic supporters also have a fantastic time running their own fundraising projects.
